Terms

ITDEVTECH Academy is operated by ITDEV (PRIVATE) LIMITED, trading as ITDEVTECH. Creating an account means accepting these terms and the privacy policy. If you are enrolling as part of your job, you confirm you may accept them on your employer’s behalf.

If you do not accept them, do not create an account — the syllabus and certification pages are readable without one.

• One account per person. Do not share it, and do not let anyone else use it — an exam sat by someone else is fraud, and clause 6 says what follows.
• Keep your details accurate. Your name, organisation and photograph are printed on any certificate you earn, exactly as they appear on your profile when it is issued. We do not reissue a certificate to correct a name you entered incorrectly, or to change the photograph afterwards.
• A photograph you upload must be of you. It identifies the holder of a credential, so uploading somebody else’s — or an image that is not a photograph of a person — is a misrepresentation, and clause 6 applies.
• Keep your password to yourself, and tell us at helpdesk@tikting.com if you think someone else has it.
• You can close your account whenever you like. Clause 9 of the privacy policy explains why your exam records outlive it.

Every lesson, quiz and readiness check is free, unlimited and self-paced. There is no enrolment window and no deadline. We can add, rewrite or withdraw content as the product changes — the course tracks TIKTING as it actually is, so it has to move when the product does.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability. This is a single-node deployment and it will occasionally be down for a deploy or maintenance.

The lessons, screenshots, questions and certificates are ours or our licensors’. You may read the course, and keep notes from it, for your own professional use. You may not republish it, sell it, feed it into a training corpus, or use it to run your own training offering.

Exam and readiness questions are a special case: reproducing, recording or sharing them anywhere devalues the credential for everyone who holds it, and is a breach of these terms whether or not you profit from it.

• Prices are listed on the certification page, per currency. The price you are invoiced is the one in force when the invoice is raised.
• We raise an invoice payable by bank transfer to Bank AL Habib Limited within 14 days. Your seat is released once we confirm the payment has arrived — not when you initiate the transfer.
• Bank charges at your end are yours. If a transfer arrives short of the invoiced amount, the seat waits until the balance does.
• A seat is valid for 90 days from payment and entitles you to one attempt. It is tied to your account and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
• Prices exclude any tax due in your own country; that is yours to account for.

By starting an exam you accept these rules, which exist to make the credential worth having:

• One sitting. The timer runs from the moment you start and does not pause — not for a closed tab, a lost connection or a restarted browser. Your answers are saved as you go, so you can return within the time limit, but the clock will have kept running.
• On your own. No notes, no help from anyone, no second device, no assistance from an AI tool. The course and the readiness check are where you are meant to use everything.
• No copying. Do not screenshot, transcribe, photograph or otherwise record the questions.
• Every paper differs. Questions are drawn against a fixed blueprint and both question and option order are randomised, so no two attempts are the same paper.
• The pass mark is published in advance on the certification page, and applies as stated.

Where we conclude on reasonable evidence that an attempt breached these rules, we may void it without refund, revoke any certificate it produced, and close the account. We will tell you why and you may put your case to us in reply.

• Unused seat, 14 days. Ask us within 14 days of payment and, provided you have not started the exam, we refund it in full to the account the payment came from.
• Once you start, the seat is spent. There is no refund after an exam begins, whatever the result — the paper has been drawn and used.
• An expired seat is not refundable. 90 days is generous for a course you can already sit; we will not extend a seat you did not use.
• Failed attempt? Wait 14 days, then buy a new seat. The cooling-off period is there because re-sitting immediately tests memory of the paper rather than knowledge of the product.
• If the failure is ours — the exam is unavailable, or an attempt is lost to a fault at our end — you get the attempt back or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Any refund request goes to helpdesk@tikting.com. Nothing here limits a statutory right you have as a consumer where such rights apply.

• Pass, and the certificate is issued automatically with a serial anyone can check on the verification page. That page — not a printed copy — is the authority on whether a certificate is genuine and current.
• It is valid for 2 years. The product changes; a credential that never expired would stop meaning anything.
• It records what you knew on the day you sat the exam. It is not a qualification awarded by a regulator, not a guarantee of employment, and not a licence to represent ITDEVTECH.
• We may revoke one obtained by fraud, or where the attempt behind it breached clause 6. Revocation shows publicly on the verification page.

We put real care into the accuracy of the course, but it is training material about a product that changes, and it is offered as-is. We do not warrant that it is error-free or fit for any particular purpose, and you remain responsible for what you do in your own TIKTING environment — test it before you rely on it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to exclude.

We may change these terms; the date at the top changes with them, and we will email you about anything material. A change never applies retrospectively to a seat you have already bought — that keeps the terms in force on the day of purchase.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and you may close yours at any time. Clauses 4, 8, 9 and 11 survive the end of this agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your own country.
